In addition to being the first Table Champêtre® in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, À L'Orée des Champs showcases artisans and their expertise. Visitors will be charmed by a tour of the facilities and the history of the lamb butcher's shop. 

They also offer a menu (a table) featuring products from his or her own farm (fruit, vegetables, meat, etc.). For À l'Orée des Champs, lamb raised directly on the family farm dominates the menu. Dishes include lamb meat and home-made charcuterie, such as liver pâté, terrine, chorizo, merguez, flaked, confit or smoked lamb. All this is complemented by local products: Quebec cheeses, local beers and spirits, local vegetables, picked berries, forest mushrooms, etc. À l'Orée des champs is a wonderful place to enjoy delicious local cuisine.
