Adega is a Wine Bar & Bottle Shop serving tapas-style dishes and an impressive selection of wines. The Wine list is curated by Sommelier and Founder Thierry Alcantara-Stewart and their dishes are created by Chef Jamie Beeston.
They want to pour you a glass of wine that you'll love. Their rotating By The Glass wine list allows guests to try a different wine whenever they visit. Adega's Sommeliers will share their passion and knowledge in a fun and educational way. They'll talk about what you enjoy and find a wine that is unique to you. Adega's mission is to create a safe space for communities to gather, connect, and share their love of wine, from The County and beyond.
