About
A local family farm with a focus on quality rather than quantity! Pork with a difference. Broek Pork Acres raise a Heritage Breed Berkshire Pork, known as the ‘Kobe’ Beef of the Pork world. Berkshire Pork is known for its superior taste, juiciness, tenderness, marbling and rich and sweet flavour - the way pork used to taste. They represent the true pasture to platen process, from growing and raising the animals to their own slaughtering, processing, and marketing directly to customers. All of the pork is processed on their farm in a provincially inspected processing facility, resulting in gluten-free, no fillers, no added water, and no GMO ingredients. Just delicious bacon, hams, jerky and sausages. Broek Pork Acres believes in the principals of humane and sustainable farming. As strong advocates of local food, you can find their products at restaurants throughout the area and across the province. Visit their retail storefront to stock your freezer with all their savoury pork products.
