About
The Aux Petits Plaisirs sugar bush is located in Warwick in the Centre-du-Québec region. Owners Marie-Ève Goyer and Frédéric Vincent have an unconditional love of maple, which they passionately share with visitors to their estate. They offer a variety of activities and a range of exceptional products derived from maple syrup production, local agriculture and the breeding of their cattle.
Innovation is part of their daily routine, and the owners attach great importance to product development, whether for meals served at the sugar shack (open year-round), for their gourmet boxes or for maple-derived products offered in the boutique (syrup, butter, caramel, mustard, pie, etc.). They also produce processed products from meat raised without the addition of hormones or antibiotics.
One of the most popular experiences is the maple interpretation tour, where you can learn about the tubing system and maple tapping, and see the tools and equipment used in maple syrup production. Another popular family activity is the maple butter cone-making workshop. The micro-adventure Maple Farmer for a Day is also not to be missed.
