About
Set out on a one-of-a-kind journey designed by Adventure Destinations and led by celebrated Métis Chef Jenni Lessard. This adventure will take you from the Canadian prairie to the boreal forest (literally field to shield), featuring local culinary delights, stunning scenery, and a deep dive into Indigenous cultures.
It's a five day adventure where you'll have the opportunity to learn from Chef Jenni as well as several guides from the Cree Nation who will teach you about their culture, food and more. Whether you're always wanted to learn to fillet your own fish for a shore lunch, birch bark crafting or just enjoy really good food, it's all here for you.
You can read our blog about our experience here.
*It's important to note that while Chef Jenni is Métis and several of your guides are from the Cree Nation, Adventure Destinations is not an Indigenous-owned company.
