Grit City Distillery

A small batch craft distillery, producing a variety of vodka, gin, rums, absinthe, and whiskeys; using traditional botanicals and locally sourced ingredients since 2017. Attached to this minimal distillery is the Tasting Room. The tiki-style eatery mixes creative cocktails and extravagant fishbowls, all using the liquor and liqueurs distilled in-house. The kitchen prepares a cheesy pizza that immediately makes your mouth water when you grab a slice, from dill pickle toppings to super pepperoni. That’s just one dish worth trying, the whole menu features burgers and starters that call for a feast. For those who like a fun brunch, there’s the pancake charcuterie board and, yes, a breakfast pizza with eggs served on top.
