The vision of Miss Bao grew from wanting to address the problem of waste management in today's hospitality industy. By achieving their goal of creating a zero-waste operation, Miss Bao is bringing something new to Kingston. Miss Bao has an Asian fusion inspired menu with share plates in the style of tapas. Their restaurants features classical dim sum dishes, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free items.
