About
The culinary showcase of Québec’s leading hotel management school offers modern seasonal cuisine that features local produce. Located on Saint-Denis Street, facing the magnificent Saint-Louis Square, the elegant Restaurant de l’ITHQ seats up 65 people in their dining room and 22 more on their terrace duringthe summer months. During the week, the kitchen and dining room welcome students at the end of their respective programs to come and put what they’ve learned into practice. Executive chef, Karine Beauchamp and pastry chef, Éric Champagne offer a menu of modern and refined cuisine, highlighting products and ingredients from Québec’s vast terroir, including wine selected locally and from across the country.
Concerned about using practices that limit its ecological footprint, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ is listed in Tourisme Montréal’s directory of eco-responsible restaurants, adhering to the Aliments du Québec au Menu and the Ocean Wise programs.
