About

Salmon n' Bannock is Vancouver’s only Indigenous-owned and operated restaurant, proudly serving traditional and contemporary First Nations cuisine on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Founded in 2010 by Remi Caudron and Inez Cook—now sole owner since 2019—the restaurant offers a welcoming gathering place where food and community are at the heart of every experience. Their second location, Salmon n' Bannock On The Fly, located post-security near Gate 71 at YVR International Departures, continues this mission by showcasing Indigenous heritage and culinary excellence to travellers from around the world.
