About
Predator Ridge Resort has an interesting history of farming and agriculture. The resort surrounding area is the Commonage Reserve dating back to 1876 when the land was established as the part of the joint Indian Reserve Commission agreement. The 24,000 acres area between Okanagan and Kalamalka Lake was reserved for winter grazing by the cattle of both the syilx Okanagan Nation and the Okanagan Indian Band member community and the new settlers that were reaching the area.
The main culinary hub at Predator Ridge is RANGE Restaurant, Bar + Patio. Their food is globally inspired, but created using simple ingredients that are locally and responsibly sourced whenever possible – because fresh and delicious go hand-in- hand. Variety is always available, as the entire menu is designed collaboratively by all the chefs and cooks. And don’t pass up dessert; the pastry’s chefs’ creations are not to be missed. You can also choose from a wide selection of premium Okanagan wines, cocktails, local beers or a refreshing cider. In the warmer months, soak in the views from the patio setting and watch the sunset over the greens.
