Theoretically Brewing Co. is the brain-child of co-owners Kel Baird and Kris Fischer. Focused on locally sourced, sustainably-produced beer, this duo and their team of miscreant brewers, embarked on opening a brewery in 2015. Proud to be 2SLGBTQIAA+ inclusive, and a safe community space for all comers, Theoretically Brewing Co has become a neighbourhood staple in the heart of the historic Warehouse District. Theoretically Brewing Co produces 6 staple beers year-round, and participates in delightful local partnerships to produce interesting experimental ales throughout the year. Join the brew crew on the patio and support local artistry in Lethbridge in the form of live music and community-focused events. Kel, the resident beer-historian, is often found at the Brewery and other community events, sharing her in depth knowledge of brewing processes, chemistry and microbiology. Brewmaster Kris is commonly found at the University of Lethbridge, where he works as a Chemistry Instructor teaching the upcoming generations of (brewing?) chemists, or behind the scenes at the brewery working on concocting new flavours. Theoretically Brewing is working towards becoming one of the first solar-powered breweries in Alberta, and is actively working towards building a zero-waste facility.
